How do I find the right part?

Search the number printed on your old part (old and GM numbers work too), or use the vehicle finder. If you're not sure, email us the number on your old part and your vehicle or engine.

Can I buy an amount that isn't a pack?

Yes. Most parts come in packs of 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8, or any amount from 1 to 48 under Need a different amount?

When does my order ship?

Order in-stock parts by midnight Eastern Time and they ship the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 in the lower 48 states. Under that, or for faster delivery, pick your speed at checkout: USPS or UPS, priced live for your address.

Do spark plugs come gapped?

Most plugs come with a gap already set by the maker. Always check it against your vehicle's spec before installing. See the Spark plug gap guide.

How do I pay?

Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Where's my order?

Your order email has a View your order button, or sign in with your email under Order status.

Can I return a part?

Yes, within 30 days if it's unused and in its original packaging. See the refund policy for how.
