Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@moe-trading.com with your order number first; returns sent without our OK can't be accepted.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong part: you pay the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee is taken off the refund. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

We sent the wrong part, or it arrived damaged or defective: email us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the part and its box. Once we approve the return, we email you a prepaid return label and send a replacement or a full refund. The part that comes back must be the one we sent.

Not returnable: parts that have been installed or used, and opened fluids.

Every returned part is inspected when it arrives. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
